My sécurité can’t Windows? liberarsela N? N? my other McAfee Security Center.
Took a bit of checking at the Knowledge Base, but think I found the answer.
The trojan you’re identifying apparently involves infected runtime files, and has also written itself into your registry. The programs you’re using to remove it cannot get rid of it because it’s tagged onto files your OS needs to operate.
Solution: Safe Mode. Boot your computer into a diagnostic mode called Safe Mode by restarting the machine and holding the F8 key while it boots up. Navigate the menu to the Safe Mode option, hit enter, and your system will start Windows using minimal drivers. Run the scans you used earlier in Safe Mode, and the scanner should be able to remove the infected files because Windows won’t be using them in this configuration.
If that fails to resolve the problem, you may need to use McAfee to create a Boot Disk in order to scan the computer without booting windows at all. That procedure will be covered in your McAfee literature.
Go to softpedia.com and search spybot search and destroy. download and run it. then go to google.com and search trojan remover. Run it and that should do the trick. Be careful though do not listen to any windows security things because they get smart and diguise it, So when you add it all it does is add fuel to the trojan.
download spybot search and destroy if you don’t already have it and then visit http://forums.spybot.info/ this page. Sigh up for free membership and then after all that’s said and done, scroll down to the “Malware removal” folder. http://forums.spybot.info/forumdisplay.p… and visit this thread first http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php… (that is the first stickied post on those forums). Do everything that post says, step for step. They should help you, they have helped me a few times. It may take a day or two for a response if they don’t get to you right away, just be patient! bookmark your post when you are done.
You need to locate where it is located. Make sure you know what file it is affecting so you can replace that after you delete the infected file. McAfee should be able to at least quarantine this…
Google Ad- ware spyware removal. I have Ad-ware spyware removal it’s great and free!! Go to their site and download it.
