Sure, no problem, this will certainly help.
Here, i have specified 4 programs ( including dl links ). Those programs has been specially designed for REMOVAL ONLY of strong viruses and worms : http://www.ecuhq.com/download-links-f44/…
Antispyware would be ↓ ( all free ) :
♣ Malwarebytes AntiMalware
♣ SUPERAntiSpyware
♣ Spyware Terminator
♣ Ad-Aware SE
♣ Spybot Search & Destroy
♣ HijackThis
I`d give special attention to the first 3 programs listed.
How to set/configure SUPERAntiSpyware : http://www.ecuhq.com/tested-programs-how…
HijackThis removes malicious registry keys, pretty useful for final cleaning.
How to use HijackThis : http://www.ecuhq.com/tested-programs-how…
If that doesnt satisfy you, use ClamWin ( also free ).
All available at : http://www.filehippo.comhttp://www.download.comhttp://www.softpedia.comhttp://sourceforge.net/
How to run in Safe Mode : http://www.ecuhq.com/security-f5/run-com…
However, it depends on how serious the problem is. Viruses are tied with system files. Once they are deleted, bits of system files might be deleted as well. That can result in corrupted programs and things just dont working as they should. If i would be you, i d simply reformat. It only takes 2 hours to reformat, install all drivers, security packs and security software.
Hope it helped.

I think that your problem is coming from a part of your registry that you might have deleted running all of those programs. Personally, I have used Spyware Doctor to remove vundo.b and trojan.zlob and it has worked fine. Try shutting down all of your other programs and disconnect from the internet and run a full scan, not an intelli-scan. Then reboot and run another one. Each one should take at least 30 minutes if not more.
First off, you need to find out which file is manipulating your system. When you run your scan for malware/viruses, it should list the file name of which trojan is on your computer.
Here is a useful link in removing the trojan vundo files. Don’t worry, this website has been safe thus far.http://forums.techguy.org/t410874.html
go into safemode with networking by booting up or rebooting your machine and tapping the F8 key at the same time then choose safemode with networking go to safety.live.com that is microsoft’s online scanner there are three scans available use all three this will remove viruses/malware/spyware and clean your registry and defragment your machine…besure to turn off onboard antivirus scanner before starting online scanner
start with the following & let me know how you get on:
start>run>mrt & do a full scan.
mrt = Microsoft Malicious Software Removal Tool
Did you use the deep scan in malwarebytes? They usually don’t miss anything.
