My Avast antivirus popped up today saying i have A dropper which is also known as a vundo? Its called this ‘Win32:VunDrop [Drp]‘. Ive tryed to delete move, move to chest ect but that doesnt work. Can any1 tell me how to remove it please. A step to step guide would be great if anybody could do that 
Ok so i hav mcafee on windows xp os mcafee sends me a alert that says trojan detected. It is a vundo trojan and it is found in c:\windows\system32\jayamuja. dll how can i get rid of this? Mcafee says that i cant quarentine it or it failed to quarentine and i cant remove it
I was reading online how to get rid of Vundo and it said don’t delete the stuff in SYSTEM32 because it will mess up your computer and you won’t be able to turn it on. So how do I get rid of it? I tried manually removing it but I can’t find the file. . . What should I do?
We have Norton and have tried various downloads to get rid of it but it keeps coming back. Other computer – not infecting you all. Let me know if you have had luck or not.
Every search I do for free removal software allows you to download their software, but then they try and charge for the removal part. Are there any absolutely free ones? And if not – how can I get rid of it before it drives me nuts???
I recently d/l the free version and ran the full scan and it found the Trojan Horse. I clicked on Heal, but it didn’t do anything. I clicked on Virus Vault and see the file listed in there, but how do I get it removed?
I downloaded and paid for Spyware Stop, and it is consistently finding spyware, and quarantining it, but something is still messed up, and I think it’s the “trojan, vundo” thing. .

Hello! Do not tell me how to remove Vundo, because my computer will be handled by a professional in two days. My computer will be shut down until them, and I was wondeirng if the trojan Vundo will become worse by then? Also, when the computer is on, but the internet is disabled, will the trojan still work?
