Win32 Vundo Removal

Ok so i hav mcafee on windows xp os mcafee sends me a alert that says trojan detected. It is a vundo trojan and it is found in c:\windows\system32\jayamuja. dll how can i get rid of this? Mcafee says that i cant quarentine it or it failed to quarentine and i cant remove it

It seems to me this message from my antivirus eTrust   Win32/Vundo! Generic è EETE noticed in C: SYSROOT SYSTEM32 JKKLK. DLL.   Status file: è cured and the machine needs riavviare to complete the task.   Even after riavvio I found the same message. This message went out every minute. Please help.
