Win32 Vundo Removal

My Avast antivirus popped up today saying i have A dropper which is also known as a vundo? Its called this ‘Win32:VunDrop [Drp]‘. Ive tryed to delete move, move to chest ect but that doesnt work. Can any1 tell me how to remove it please. A step to step guide would be great if anybody could do that

I recently d/l the free version and ran the full scan and it found the Trojan Horse. I clicked on Heal, but it didn’t do anything. I clicked on Virus Vault and see the file listed in there, but how do I get it removed?

I do not know what to think spreads from one file to another. I have avast and he notices, but it continues to appear in a new place.
